Cover for a children’s fiction book with mystical creatures and nature.
Challenge
The cover has to be a reimagination of the context of the story, which happens in a school in Idukki.
The client wanted to represent the Idukki dam in the book cover with all the details the author remembered about her time there. the back cover too had an illustration of the said school, which was to be recreated from an old picture.
Explorations
Armed with insights, we meticulously refined their brand message for authenticity and resonance.
Result
The book stitle features a pixie cap, which is an icon representing the mystical character in the book.
The look and feel of the book is of a playful, mystical premise, with sneak peaks into the story as well.
